I stumbled across @theknickerfairy on twitter and thank God I did! I have always bought direct from Ann Summers previously but thought I would give something new a try as I needed a little advice. The service and friendliness of @TheKnickerFairy couldn’t have been better. I was worried that I might be asking too many questions or that I should know exactly what I wanted before making contact. Neither was the case. I was suggested items to meet my needs and offered support and advice on them too and not in a pushy sales way. Anyone who is remotely contemplating ordering something from Ann Summers needs to visit @TheKnickerFairy as she is AMAZING!! Delivery is quick and discrete and the customer service is wonderful. I’ve even set up a wish list …. I now just need someone to buy something for me lol ? thank youx @TheKnickerFairy keep working your magic xx
